Perla (Little Puck) was recently hospitalized, and has now been finishing her recovery at home. She receives a visit from the nurse, Naomi (Ariel Demure), who has been visiting her home for follow-up checks. Naomi gives Perla a final, quick examination. We get the sense that sparks have been flying between the two for some time as they have gotten to know each other, and this visit is no different.</br></br>As Naomi finishes up the examination, they both seem hesitant for Naomi to leave even though Perla is clearly much better now. Perla then makes a move, cheekily and suggestively asking for one final thing - a sponge bath. Naomi is amused since Perla clearly doesn't need one, but she is receptive to the flirtation and gives Perla a sensual sponge bath which then leads to sex.
